My exceptional experience was with Lee Gonzalez (Certified Master Inspector, InterNACHI Certified professional Inspector, Certified Commercial Property Inspector, and International Code Council Combination Building Inspector).

Initially, our first contact was a telephone call. My call was answered promptly and the person answering the call was courteous, as well as versed in all the areas of my questions and concerns. CPI’s pricing is clear and fair. The scheduling of the dates and times of my inspections for the Denver Inspection program was seamless. CPI’s processes gave me the ability to select times and dates that fit my schedule. Within a few hours, I received emailed confirmation of the appointments, with specific dates, times, and the address I submitted.

Days before the inspections, I received very clean and concise text reminders of date, time and address for each scheduled property.

The day of the inspection, Mr. Gonzalez was prompt and proved to be proficient at all levels of the inspections. His vehicle was easily identified and clearly marked with CPI’s information. Mr. Gonzales appearance was the upmost professional and he dressed appropriately for the task at hand. Immediately, the tone was set for the efficient inspection.

When he encountered the tenants, he was personable without being intrusive. His pleasantness put them at ease.

The inspections were proficient, systematic, and organized. As he understood his task at hand, he basically completed the ‘Residential Rental Inspection Checklist’ without any hesitation. His recommendations were verbally straight forward and clear.

At the end of each inspection, he verbally detailed all corrections necessary. Then he very concisely explained the next step in the process and how all reports would be sent to me via email. As a senior, I appreciated the time he took so I was aware of the next step.

Buying a home is never easy, however, after walking with Lee G thru a potential house that we put a contract on. He taught me so much about what we should really be considered with. besides the pretty view. I forgot what to look for while house hunting at potential issue with: structure and functionality such as the utilities, appliances, window and roof condition, exterior siding, deck and stair safety. He attempted a sewer inspection of the home. Homeowners get caught up in other things like -how many bedrooms and how your stuff will fit in the new space. And

not all the things need attention. With his help, he pointed out potential issues. Of course some are minor, but some are a bit more concerning. Lee responded to our text on a Sunday and had us scheduled in 2 days. He is clear and concise with his assessment of the property, even checked the roof. He answered any question I had. He explains what issues are and why. He is very informative. Professional and knowledgeable. Certainly, the best education for the money. We appreciate all his hard work.
